Venture Studio
Each of our products began the way yours will: with a problem someone was tired of living with. We found the customers, shipped the first version and stayed until it grew. Now we do the same alongside founders who know a market better than anyone.
01 · How we work
We learned most of this the hard way, on our own products. It comes down to four habits, and the people who built them are the ones who will sit at your table.
02 · What you inherit
Each of our products does one job every young company needs done. Build with us and you have all five behind you: a brand that looks established, a way to be found, operations that largely run themselves, numbers you can trust and systems that talk to each other. That is months of groundwork you never have to lay.
Five products, all working for you
03 · Working together
Most founders who call us are stuck somewhere familiar. The idea is good. What’s missing is a team that has done this before and is willing to commit.
I know this market inside out. I don’t have a technical co-founder, and the ones I meet want a salary and half the company.
We raised a small round months ago. We have a Figma file and not much else.
Our technical co-founder walked. We have half a product and nobody who understands it.
Our MVP shipped and it was the wrong product. We need someone senior to help us choose what to build next.
The road ahead
We let go of weak ideas quickly and back strong ones properly. Expect a product in customers’ hands around month four, and by month six enough signal to plan your first hires and your first raise.
We talk to customers, study competitors and test whether people will pay. Then we either sharpen the idea or tell you honestly to walk away.
You leave with: a clear yes or no, and a scoped first version.
A product customers can use and pay for, built AI-native on foundations that will still hold when you raise.
You leave with: a working product and your first users.
Pricing, positioning, a launch site and the first paying customers. We read the numbers every day and act on what they tell us.
You leave with: paying customers and honest usage data.
Hiring, growth, infrastructure and getting ready to raise. You lead the company. We stay close, then step back when we agreed we would.
You leave with: a team, a plan and a story investors understand.
The partnership
Engagement models
No two ventures are alike, so neither are our deals. We agree the model, the equity and the exit in writing before anyone writes code.
We join as your technical co-founder. Lower fees, a meaningful stake, and we’re in it with you for the long haul.
Our team and our habits for a fixed fee per stage. You keep the whole company and every line of code.
Part cash, part equity. You burn less, we have skin in the game, and the terms are revisited at each stage so it stays fair.
Who it is for
Doctors, hoteliers, logistics leads and finance heads who have watched the same gap for years.
You’re leaving a senior role to build something of your own, and you want a partner from the start.
Your first attempt missed, but you kept the lessons. We bring the discipline to build it properly.
A new product that has to move faster than the parent company ever could.
Questions
Three things: a customer who genuinely hurts, a founder who can reach them, and an opening a small team can win. If one is missing, we’ll tell you on the first call.
The company does. Code, designs and data sit in the venture from day one, whichever model you choose.
It depends on the model, the stage and how much cash you put in. We agree it in writing before work starts, with vesting tied to delivery.
We hope so. We help you hire and hand over, and stay on as advisers or board members if that helps.
Yes. Studio as a service suits corporate teams that want a new product built outside the main organisation, with a clean handover.
A short, fixed-fee validation sprint. You only commit to the build once we both believe what the evidence says.
Tell us the idea and who it’s for. You’ll get an honest read on the first call, and if we’re a good fit, we’ll build it together.
