Do our people need to be technical?

No. Engineers get the deepest track, but product, design, operations and support each have their own, built around their daily work.

Is it onsite or remote?

Either. We run it onsite in Sydney or fully remote, and mix the two when teams are spread out.

Which tools do you teach?

Claude Code and OpenAI Codex at the core, plus Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, GitHub Copilot and automation tools like n8n, Zapier and Make. We follow your stack.

Will you use our real codebase?

Yes. Labs run on your repositories and real tasks, with guardrails agreed up front. That is why the skills stick.

What happens after the four weeks?
