How fast can you start?

Do you work with PE-backed or pre-IPO companies?
Yes. A lot of our work is PE diligence, AI readiness for due diligence, and post-acquisition value-creation plans. We've sat across the table from BlackRock, Quadrant, Pacific Equity Partners and CHAMP-style sponsors before.
Do you advise, or build?
Both, but we never advise without being willing to build. If we tell you the answer is Apache Superset, we'll stand it up. If we tell you the answer is to hire a Head of Data, we'll write the spec, sit on the panel and onboard them.
