Are you based in Adelaide?
We're an Australian team headquartered in Surry Hills, Sydney. For Adelaide engagements we run key sessions onsite and the rest remotely in your timezone. We work with teams across the CBD, Lot Fourteen and Technology Park.
How fast can you start?
A 2-week Technical Due Diligence can start the Monday after the scoping call. Larger engagements typically begin 1–2 weeks out, depending on team availability.
Do you work in AUD and to Australian compliance?
Yes — we contract and price in AUD. We design for the Australian Privacy Act, the Voluntary AI Safety Standard, APRA CPS 234, AUSTRAC and ASIC RG 271, and we're an official Vanta partner for the evidence side.
How is this different from a management consultancy?
We operate, we don't just advise. We've built and run production systems and our own venture-studio products — so the architecture and hiring calls come from someone who's lived the consequences.
Will you support a raise or an acquisition?
Yes. Technical due-diligence prep, the architecture narrative, the data-room tech materials and sitting in the room for the technical session are core to the engagement.
Do you understand sovereign / IRAP requirements?
Yes — they shape the architecture and vendor calls from the first conversation, not as an afterthought.
Can you help hire specialised engineers?
Yes — spec, panel and onboarding, including for cleared or niche roles.
Do you actually build, or just advise?
Both — and we never advise without being willing to build. If we tell you the answer is Apache Superset, we'll stand it up. If we say hire a senior engineer, we'll write the spec and sit on the panel.
